• Construction of 555 houses in the OLYMPIC VILLAGE; the contractor was a HELLINIKI TECHNODOMIKI – GEKAT – ALTE joint venture.
• Completion of the OLYMPIC TENNIS CENTER AT THE ATHENS OLYMPIC ATHLETICS CENTER (OAKA) & UPGRADING & REFURBISHMENT OF THE OLYMPIC SWIMMING CENTER; the contractor was an INTRAKOM CONSTRUCTIONS – DIEKAT joint venture.
• Refurbishment of the PELOPONNESIAN STADIUM OF PATRAS; the contractor was a DOMIKI KRITIS – ERGOKAT – GNOMON joint venture.
• Construction of the OLYMPIC VILLAGE POLYCLINIC; the contractor was K. KOURTIDIS S.A.
• Construction of VIP & DOPING CONTROL CENTERS at ΟΑΚΑ; the contractor was ERETVO S.A.
• Construction of the OLYMPIC VILLAGE FIRE DEPARTMENT STATION; the contractor was K. KOURTIDIS S.A.
• Construction of the HELLENIC POLICE ACADEMY BUILDINGS; the contractor was a TOMI – CHELMOS - KERAMOS.joint venture.
• CANOE AND SLALOM CENTER AT HELLINIKON; the contractor was a TECHNERGA S.A. – TSAMPRAS S.A. – K. KOURTIDIS S.A. joint venture.
• TWO INDOOR GYMNASTICS HALLS in the OLYMPIC VILLAGE; the contractor was K. KOURTIDIS S.A.
• Construction of the PUBLIC POWER CORPORATION (PPS) STATION in the OLYMPIC VILLAGE; the contractor was ARKTOS S.A.
• Construction of the IGME building in the OLYMPIC VILLAGE; the contractor was GANTZOULAS S.A.

Other Projects

• Construction of the new building of the JAPANESE EMBASSY in Athens.
• Construction of 1,100 houses in the Municipality of Ano Liosia, in replacement of an equal number of houses which were damaged by the 7 September 1999 earthquake; the contractor was the ANAPLASI ANO LIOSION (HELLINIKI TECHNODOMIKI – AKTOR – TEB – TOMI) joint venture.
• Construction of the MONEY SORTING AND DISTRIBUTION CENTER (Treasury) of the Bank of Greece, in Halandri; the contractor was GEKAT.
• Construction of a 12,000 square-meter summer-residence complex in Xylokastron; the contractor was GI & KATASKEVI, a joint venture between DIMIOURGIA  ( Latsis Group) and TEP.
• Construction of SCHOOL BUILDINGS IN NIKAIA; the contractor was A&D APOSTOLOPOULOS S.A.
• Construction of the NIKAIA HOSPITAL; the contractor was ERETVO S.A.
• Construction of STUDENT HALLS OF RESIDENCE ON UNIVERSITY CAMPUS; the contractor was ERETVO S.A.
• Construction of SCHOOL BUILDINGS IN GALATA, TROIZINIA; the contractor was PYTHAGORAS S.A.

• Construction of the LAVRION TECHNICAL AND VOCATIONAL EDUCATIONAL CENTER; the contractor was AIAS S.A.
• Construction of the KORYDALLOS TECHNICAL AND VOCATIONAL EDUCATIONAL CENTER; the contractor was K. KOURTIDIS S.A.
• Construction of the AB VASILOPOULOS SUPERMARKETS in HALANDRI, KORYDALLOS & PATISIA; the contractors were S. SARATSIS S.A. and K. KOURTIDIS S.A.

BITROS CONSTRUCTIONS

• Agios Dionysios, Piraeus – construction of two adjacent seven-storey buildings, comprising 38 apartments and 9 stores.
• Nea Smyrni – construction of a 6-storey luxury apartment block, with one apartment to each storey.
• Neapolis, Chalkida – construction of the NEFELI residential complex, comprising 60 modern houses.

• Agios Thomas, Amarousion – construction of 2 luxury apartments, covering one storey each.
